Ashley has known since childhood that she wanted to be both a therapist and an educator. Growing up in a family and community that truly saw, heard, validated, and accepted people with medical and other exceptional needs shaped her values and vision for the future. Later, during a time of medical need and personal transition, Ashley experienced firsthand the life-changing power of therapy and committed herself to making her childhood dream a reality.
Today, Ashley brings a person-first, strengths-based, and person-in-environment approach to every client she serves. She provides individualized, holistic, and evidence-based care designed to support each person’s mental wellness.
Ashley works with individuals across the lifespan, specializing in supporting those who are:
• Neurodivergent
• Facing medical challenges
• Seeking healing after trauma
• Navigating life transitions, grief, or loss
• Exploring or reconnecting with spiritual care
Her goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward their own definition of wellness.
